Common questions

How do I make my first line sheet?

Open Catalog Press in your Shopify admin, click Create catalog, choose your products, a template and your prices, then click Generate PDF. Settings save automatically.

Some products are missing from my PDF.

Only active products are included; drafts, archived products and gift cards are left out. On the Free plan a catalog includes the first 25 products, and on Starter the first 500.

How do I show wholesale prices?

Under Prices, choose "Retail minus a percentage", or, on the Pro plan, "A Shopify price list" to use a B2B catalog's prices, minimum quantities and volume pricing. Create B2B catalogs in Shopify under Markets → Catalogs.

Can I send the PDF to buyers?

Yes. Download it, or use Copy link to share a private link. Anyone with the link can open that PDF. Deleting the catalog disables its links.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice and start with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Change or cancel any time on the Plans page; cancelling returns you to the Free plan.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

The app's access ends immediately and all your catalogs and PDFs are deleted 48 hours later. See the privacy policy.
